Plastics for CNC Machining

At TMM PLAST, we use the highest quality materials. Our clients can choose from a variety of types of plastics. The high quality of the materials ensures precision and a high standard of the produced components.

Depending on the project, individual pieces are cut into blanks and then precisely machined using a CNC milling machine or a CNC lathe.

We machine plastics such as:

• Polyethylene (PE)

• Polyacetal (POM)
• Teflon (PTFE)
• Polypropylene (PP)

Our lathes can machine rods up to a diameter of 80mm.

CNC milling with a maximum work area of:

• X: 1300mm
• Y: 540mm
• Z: 560mm
